Campsite La Côte d'Argent

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Medoc area you’ll find Côte d'Argent, a lively campsite located only 300m away from the Atlantic ocean’s beaches. The campsite is set in the middle of a stunning pine forest. Here, you will find a large heated water park complete with three pools (one covered), lots of water slides and the “pirate’s island”- a large water playground for children. 

The first-class facilities include several sports grounds, horse-riding, play areas and a large bar and restaurant. If you fancy trying your hand at water sports - surfing, windsurfing and fishing are available nearby. To explore the area by bike, miles of cycle tracks are stretching right from your doorstep. 

Local area

The campsite is located 300m away from Hourtin beach which has miles of white beaches and attracts many surfers each year. Ten minutes drive away is France’s largest lake and is perfect for a day out enjoying fishing, sailing and wind-surfing. Also close by is the famous city of Bordeaux (45 miles) and Lacanau (20 miles), a surfer’s paradise.

The area of outstanding beauty is waiting to be discovered by bike or on foot. Trails start at the entrance to the campsite and are mainly flat so all of the family can enjoy a day of exploring together.
