Camping Valado is set in the heart of a pine forest near the traditional fishing port of Nazaré. The traditional fishing port of Nazaré can be found just over a mile from the campsite. This holiday resort has a lovely sandy beach which is a well-known spot for surfers. A visit to the beautiful chapel of Nossa Senhora da Nazaré built on the headland is a must. Hop on the Nazaré Funicular railway for a ride to catch the best views of this gorgeous area. If you fancy venturing a bit further, Lisbon (75 miles) Portugal’s capital city, is just under an hour and a half drive from the campsite.
